Terms and Conditions

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. Full payment is due at least 14 days before the scheduled hire date. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the hire date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the hire date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the hire date.

Vehicles must be used only for the agreed purposes, and within the designated hire period. Any damage caused to the vehicle during the hire period is the responsibility of the hirer and will be charged accordingly. Smoking, eating, or drinking (except water) is not permitted in the vehicles.

All vehicles are chauffeur-driven. Clients are not permitted to drive the vehicles. Our chauffeurs will adhere to all road safety laws and will not exceed legal speed limits. The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service if they deem it unsafe or inappropriate.

We offer custom decorations as part of our service. Specific decoration requests must be made at least 7 days before the hire date. Decorations will be applied by our team to ensure no damage is caused to the vehicle.

We are not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as severe weather, traffic conditions, or mechanical failure. In the unlikely event that the booked vehicle is unavailable, we will provide a suitable replacement or offer a full refund.

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purposes of processing your booking and providing the service.
